Product Review: Wigfar Bone Conduction Headphones
My husband and I try to go to the gym as often as our schedules allow. I go 5-7 times a week and he’s able to go 2-3 times a week. I have used the same pair of headphones for years, but my husband has wanted to try bone conduction headphones for a while. We decided it was about time to give them a go.
My husband is not a fan of ear buds -he feels like they are always going to fall out while he’s using them. With these, he is able to bend them to fit his head perfectly so there is no reason to worry about them falling off. Bending them to customize their fit to you does not hurt or ruin the headphones in any way!
These are Bluetooth so you can connect them to your phone and listen to music, podcasts, watch shows, etc. These have an 8-hour battery life and they charge very quickly using a Type-C charging cable (included). They also have a built-in microphone in case you need to answer or make any calls. They are also equipped with sound-reduction technology so your calls won’t be overpowered by any noise around you.
Overall I would say we are both really happy with these! The sound quality is good and they are comfortable. We may have to get a second pair!

The Harlem Globetrotters came to Nashville, TN!
My kiddos with their official Globetrotter basketballs! The Harlem Globetrotters came to Nashville, TN – and as usual, they put on quite a show!
We have seen the Harlem Globetrotters several years in a row now and they never disappoint! When they are in Nashville, they play at Bridgestone Arena. We love this because Nashville is HUGE and parking can be really hard to find and walking around Nashville trying to find the lot you parked in can be a little difficult. Bridgestone Arena has their own parking garage connected directly to their building. As soon as we parked and got out of the car, we were able to walk straight inside through the parking garage instead of having to wait in the super long line outside in the cold.
As soon as you walk into the building, you are immediately greeted with music and smiling faces. We got to our seats and my husband went to grab our food for the show. We usually end up with some pizza or giant pretzels but this year we decided to go with hotdogs and nachos with salsa and cheese sauce.
The arena is completely lit up and the environment is such a fun space to be in! They have the gift shop open for those early shoppers and plenty of events going on during the pre-show. Once the games actually start, you are introduced to the DJ and the host as well as the coaches and players from the Globetrotters as well as their opponents, The Washington Generals.
The trick shots and “smack talk” throughout the game are amazing and incredibly funny! They always include the crowd in the jokes, storylines, questions, polls, whatever they are doing the audience is a part of it. Keeping my kiddos engaged and laughing is why we bring them back every year.

That ONE dreaded “to-do-list” chore
Something on your “to-do list” that never gets done.
What’s something on your to-do-list that almost never gets done? As a mom of two boys and a wife to a very hardworking man, my to-do-list never ends. If it isn’t laundry, it’s dishes. If it isn’t dishes, it’s vacuuming. If it isn’t vacuuming, it’s cleaning the bathrooms (boy bathrooms…ick!), etc. I can usually manage to get most of that done but the one thing I can’t seem to get to every single night before bed is to tidy up my kitchen.
I know some people absolutely have to clean their whole kitchen before going to bed because they like to wake up to a clean kitchen. Believe me, I would love to wake up to a sparkling clean kitchen! I think that would start my day out really well! But by the end of the day, after my husband makes it home from work and we get the kids into bed and we get his dinner ready, I am completely wiped out. The kitchen doesn’t always get taken care of – and that’s okay! Some days it happens and other days it doesn’t. But I’d be lying if I said I didn’t dread cleaning it.
